There are several bottlenecks in developing a growth company’s sales before they yield results optimally. Does outbound customer acquisition work properly? What about inbound – online sales – can we reach all the leads that would fit us? Does our productisation fit the market properly? What are the best practices for sales management? What requirements does internationalisation place on sales planning?

Consultants offer their own services from different perspectives. Each consultant has a ready-made solution to the company’s challenges, which makes sales grow if followed. This solution can be telemarketing, LinkedIn sales or even Search Engine Optimization. Often, however, it is only covers prospecting, i.e. filling the beginning of the sales funnel, or at most extending it to maintaining the customer relationships.

My coaching addresses the challenges of sales holistically. The basics, like product-market fit as well as sales management and processes must be in order before moving on to the optimisation of customer acquisition, or the results will likely be thin. Also, while comparing different options for customer acquisition, it is good to have an understanding of the overall picture of sales or one might end up making decisions which will not produce the best possible result for your company.
